The Four Seasons Residence Club, North Scottsdale Arizona

This timeshare is more isolated in North Scottsdale but it makes up for it with its poshness.

The grounds are very pretty and well cared for.

The Four Seasons wins for the coolest keys, because they are made out of wood.

The maids come every day and do a full clean which is never expected in the USA anymore.  Usually a mid week tidy is all you get in American timeshares now.

The size of the two bedroom two bathroom units is quite large roughly 1700 square feet.

The most impressive thing is the furnishings and lighting and decor.  The desk light is solid brass and marble.

The garbage can, kleenex box, soap dish etc all these gorgeous matching pieces are made out of heavy Limestone.  The fireplace which was on sometimes all day to help warm up the large living room/dining room actually worked and was Adobe style.  The quail decor attached to the upper section of the fireplace were solid steel. They were a nice touch because quail are constantly walking by on the patio as well as rabbits.

The bedroom was very large with a walk in closet.  The bed was ultra-comfortable and there were 8 pillows on our bed.  The showcase pillow had the Four Seasons logo embroidered into the sheet cover.

Walk in Closet

Posh housecoats.

Rabbits outside off the patio.

The Primary bathroom was very nice and large with the nicest thick housecoats that I have ever seen that actually fit me and my Orangutan arm length.  That never happens.

The kitchen is a Galley style and not really befitting of a Four Seasons Residence Club kitchen.  However it does have nice appliances with an ice machine and the utensils are high end.  There is not a lot of counter space though.  If I was the manager I would have taken down the wall and put up a gorgeous wooden beam to support the ceiling and then had an open concept kitchen with an island and opened it all up which would have fit better with this style.  This is really the only thing to complain about.  There was a Keurig Machine on the one bedroom side as well as the studio side. It was a nice breakfast blend coffee supplied and they replenished it every morning which is not normal for timeshares which are usually 'one and done'.

The living room and dining room were one of the largest areas in any timeshare that we have ever stayed and it was very comfi and homey.  I had the fireplace on most of the day because it was a bit cooler than normal in Arizona.

Nice little desk area to blog.

My most favorite place to sit, two peeps could fit here.

Nice touches like a blanket for cool nights.

Beautiful granite and metal side table.

We were ground level and they had 4 very comfortable chairs to sit out on.

There was an extra bathroom off of the kitchen which was handy to have because we did have many guests over.

There was a washing machine and dryer unit in the closet.  What was nice is the cleaning lady replenished the detergent pods every time we used one.  There was a huge back door closet in the large foyer and I would have moved this space into the kitchen to enlarge that space.

Some of the nice touches at this resort are that they provide many things to you.  I signed out a yoga mat with the Four Seasons logo on it and it weighed 3 times what a normal mat weighs, they let me keep it the whole week.

Fancy waters are free to take and hike with.  She even asked us if we needed another backpack.  You can also sign out work out clothes if you forgot yours.  Dax got to go to the driving range by shuttle and sign out golf clubs but all of the above comes with a resort fee of 49 USD PER day.  We personally are not getting our monies worth but all of these things are really nice to have.

Pinnacle Peak Trailhead is a short walk away and we did that the first day and Tom Thumb's Trailhead is approximately a 10 minute drive away.  These are two great hikes in the area.

The spa has a wet zone that is complimentary so on the last day after playing  pickle ball the girls all went for a sauna, steam and relaxation zone session and the quiet room was supplied with tea and treats.  Robes, sandals and ice towels are also supplied.  For pickle ball they even gave us a cooler full of cold bottled water.

This is a very nice timeshare and I would return and now I would like to visit the other Four Seasons Residence Club in California.
