Intercontinental Singapore
This is a lovely old 5 star Hotel in the heart of Singapore. We have stayed in Singapore before but the Intercontinental made it a better stay this time around. It is a lovely old hotel and we stayed in the Heritage Wing.
The bathroom was large with a separate comfortable bathtub and shower which was all marble and beautiful.
There was a front entrance with a closet that was large enough for a separate mirror and shelf and my luggage.
There was a large desk and a credenza for the coffee station. They served Espresso type coffee in porcelain cups.
The bed was a king and lovely and comfortable. We had two balcony doors to Juliette balconies but neither opened which was ok, because the mall was underneath us.
The concierge was very helpful and gave us a map with some directions and provided us with some umbrellas and thank goodness because we had a down pour of rain and had to return to the hotel. There is an attached mall and across the street is another local mall that is quite crowded. There are a million restaurants in the area and it is walk-able to many sites to see.
