Hilton Vacation Club Varsity Tucson

I did not take any photos of the unit because I was not going to review it but then changed my mind.  This photo was taken in downtown Tucson.

The Hilton Club varsity was an okay little place. There are very few balconies and because I was Platinum I was upgraded to a balcony which faces the pool and that was nice. 

The timeshare itself is not in a great area of Tucson. It feels very much like a Main Street. It's very busy. There's lots of homeless in the area and lots of people that have drug issues in the area. There's always seems like there's something going on. It's very busy. It's across the street from a McDonald's and it's just not in a pretty area of Tucson. If you only go to that timeshare and not farther into Tucson, you probably never come back to Tucson. 

The unit was comfortable. It was a one bedroom unit with a small kitchen. It was very tiny. It would be probably the tiniest one bedroom unit we've ever stayed at. It did have the separate one bedroom and bathroom but the square footage of the entire place was disappointing and very squished feeling. The kitchen did have a full fridge etc but it was just a bit too tiny. 

We will not come back just due to the location of the resort because once again it it doesn't feel like it's in a very safe area.  The staff of the timeshare were very nice and made up for the lack of pretty and the lack of a good location in Tucson.
